This 3BR/2.5BA Cape Cod style getaway embodies quintessential midcoast Maine with incredible indoor/outdoor entertaining space. Affectionately named the Owl House, your two-story home features a screened porch, a deck with a grill, and an expansive yard surrounded by mature evergreen trees.

A prime location on Ocean Point less than 100 yards to the shoreline; enjoy fabulous ocean views including stunning vistas of the pier, islands, lighthouses, and boats that dot the harbor.


The sunlit living room boasts a spacious layout, hardwood floors, and tasteful furnishings. Recline on the futon or four armchairs and watch shows on a 29” TV with cable and Netflix.

Unwind in the bonus living space with a full-size sleeper sofa and a selection of board games.


The well-equipped kitchen comes with a full suite of all-black appliances including a gas range. A center island offers ample space for preparing meals as well as seating for three. Gather for festive vacation meals at the six-person dining table.


This home includes three upstairs bedrooms that sleep seven total. Two full and one half-bath are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed and a generous storage closet. The en-suite master bath features a walk-in shower.

The nautical-themed second bedroom has two twin-size beds as well as a dresser and a closet. A third bedroom provides a queen-size bed and a closet. The second bath includes a tub/shower combination.


Entertain on your screened porch with vaulted ceilings and a four-person patio table. Grab a cold beverage and unwind on two armchairs on the uncovered deck. Fire up the propane grill and dine al fresco at the three-person table.


Beach gear including toys, chairs, and umbrellas are located on the screened porch. Water sports gear, two kayaks, and a canoe are also available for guest use by advanced arrangement. Outdoor parking is available for three vehicles in the driveway. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
