Lake Nacimiento adventures await at this 4BR/3.5BA home in the gated Oak Shores community! The open 2,895 square foot layout includes an inviting living area with a fireplace. You’ll also appreciate the well-appointed kitchen and central air-conditioning.

Shaded by tall trees, the deck invites you to enjoy alfresco meals with mountain views. On-site boat parking is a convenient perk.

• As of June 18, 2021, the boat launch ramps are closed due to low water levels. Contact Oak Shores to confirm water levels before bringing a watercraft.


A sectional provides ample seating around the wood-burning fireplace in the living area. Watch shows on the flat-screen TV.


Prepare meals in the kitchen, appointed with an array of gadgets. Serve coffee at the kitchen bar for two.

Gather around the table for six in the dining area.


The primary suite features a California king bed and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom boasts a queen bed, whereas the third bedroom includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin bed. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The fourth bedroom offers a California king bed, an armchair, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A half bath adds convenience.


Outfitted with a gas grill and a wood-burning grill, the patio is the perfect place to prepare alfresco meals.

Gather on the front balcony to admire a lovely view spanning all the way to the mountains. Two tables for four set the scene for festive meals outdoors.


Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer.

Parking is available for three cars in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. No overflow parking is available.

Access to this two-story home is via a flight of exterior stairs.

Please note, the check-in time for this property is between the hours of 3 pm and 7 pm only; after-hours check-in is not available, and late arrivals will not be granted access to the community (please plan accordingly).

Guests need to complete an Oak Shores registration form 48 hours before check-in. Watercraft must be prepaid 48 hours before arrival and pass a pre-screening test. Access to Oak Shores will be denied to any person whose name does not appear on the Rental Registration form.

One boat trailer can be parked at the property. The trailer can include one boat or two personal watercraft. Each trailer must obtain a visitor permit at the gate for $125/week or $25/day per watercraft. In addition, there is a $6/day per watercraft charge by Monterey County. Watercraft will only be admitted to Oak Shores following the renter’s payment of the guest watercraft launching fee and mussel inspection and fee. (Prices subject to change.)

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
