Located 7 miles south of Main Street Breckenridge, your expansive 5BR/2BA mountain log home is a comfortable getaway with 3,524 square feet of living space on a 1 acre of tree-lined property. Breathe in the fresh mountain air on two decks, or relax by the wood-burning fireplace in the lodge-style Great Room.

The lower level of the home has a separate entrance, a full kitchen, dining area, and cozy living space. An oversized garage and paved driveway add convenience in the winter months. Breckenridge Ski Resort is 18 minutes away by car.


High ceilings soar in the Great Room, where there's plenty of comfy seating and a wood-burning fireplace. Fine stonework, wood ceilings, and lodge-style patterns make it easy to unwind into vacation mode.

Furnished with a sofa, love seat, and a selection of books, the second living room is the perfect retreat for a quiet afternoon read.


Channel your inner chef in the well-equipped kitchen, fully stocked with all the gadgets you might need. Browse recipes at a built-in desk with plenty of natural light.

A bistro table for two sets the scene for hot cocoa and conversation in the kitchen, and three can keep the chef company at the island. Share home-cooked meals at a classic wood table for six or at a four-person breakfast table.

Another full kitchen on the lower level has plenty of counter space, cookware, and gadgets. Serve meals at dining tables for two and six.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
