Newly built in 2021, this 4BR/2.5BA home is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by forested greenspace. Nature trails for walking and biking are located just outside your rental.

Admire views of Netarts Bay from the front bedrooms and the ocean from the primary suite. Gather on the back patio for alfresco dining in a serene, wooded setting.

End the day relaxing by the fire pit and watch the stars come out.


Enjoy your favorite streaming shows on the large smart TV in the living area.


Whip up gourmet meals in the open kitchen, featuring a full suite of new stainless steel appliances and an induction stovetop.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a California king bed and provides a glimpse of the ocean beyond Netarts Bay. The en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and has a small desk for remote working or solving a puzzle. Windows open to the wooded setting allowing you to pause and enjoy nature.

The third bedroom is equipped with a full-size bed and a twin bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin-over-twin XL bunk beds.

The guest bathroom includes a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. A half bath adds convenience.


Use the gas grill and outdoor dining area for 10 to dine alfresco.

In the evenings, gather around the cozy wood-burning fire pit.


Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, a Pack ‘n Play, and a collection of children and hobby board games are provided.

The house is designed to be hypoallergenic. Radiant floor heat keeps the tile floor warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Parking is available for up to 3 cars in the driveway. Street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Access to the home is via one step at the entryway.

The rental is equipped with a whole house ventilation system, exchanging the stale, humid air with fresh, filtered (MERV 15) air hourly. The property does not have air-conditioning.


Walk just 15 minutes to Netarts Bay from your conveniently located rental! Rent a boat at the Netarts Bay Marina to explore the local waters. The marina also offers crab pot rentals if you wish to try your hand at a favorite local pastime.

When dining out, head to Upstairs Bar & Grill or The Schooner Restaurant & Lounge, both a 15-minute walk. For more dining options, coffee houses, and breweries, head to Tillamook for a variety of offerings along the Oregon Coast Highway (12 minutes).

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
