As reservations can be made solely through the Airbnb portal, the “Book Now” link leads to the bungalow's Airbnb listing. Once there, click on the “Reserve” link to complete your reservation.

Other things to note:
Cable TV on a 40" Samsung smart TV includes HBO, Showtime, and Starz, with easy access to your Netflix/Hulu accounts. Smaller dogs up to 40 lbs. are welcome; the bungalow is widely and securely fenced, ideal for pet dogs. There is no stove/cooking. 

A heavy curtain separates the toilet/shower area from the rest of the bungalow. The bathroom can't be seen into from the central part of the studio, and there is a ventilating fan in this room as well. There is no bathroom sink; the nearby kitchen sink doubles as a bathroom sink. A larger bathroom in the main house is available; it features a separate entrance just a few steps from the bungalow.

Not suitable for infants under 2 years

No smoking inside or parties/events

Check-in time is 3PM - 9PM and check out by 11AM

This is a quiet neighborhood, so it's enormously helpful for guests to respect that vibe and particularly to be quiet in the evenings. 

Each guest after 2 guests is subject to a $20 per person per night additional guest fee. 

Third guests who are children are subject to the same additional guest fee.

Booking should be made by the party staying in the bungalow; no third-party bookings. 

Pls provide an advance heads-up about any pets.  

Lost key fee is $20.
