Spanning 2,500 square feet, this welcoming home features elegant furnishings and large windows that showcase beautiful mountain views.

Guests can also enjoy access to a community pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and tennis courts.


The cozy living room has a classic ski lodge feel, with a gas fireplace and alpine-inspired furnishings. Curl up on the couch and two armchairs while sipping a hot beverage as the snow falls. Or gather around the TV for an at-home movie night.

This three-story townhouse sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a TV and an en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs, the primary suite has a king bed, lounge chair, TV, and a direct view of the slopes. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, dual vanity, and separate water closet. A bonus room serves as a large walk-in closet or private home office.

On the ground floor, the second suite has a king bed and the en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third suite has a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a queen Tempur-Pedic sofa bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both rooms have sliding glass doors leading to the yard.

A convenient half bath is located just off the mudroom.


Take in mountain views of the nearby slopes from the private deck. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy an alfresco meal at the table for six. A private hot tub is available for an après-ski soak.

From your private deck, you can see the available community amenities, including the clubhouse, fitness center, shared pool, and tennis courts.

For adventure away from the slopes, visit Vail Stables (2.2 miles) for horseback rides amid the region’s mountainous trails, or rent bikes from Wheel Base (1.4 miles). Later, head to Vail Village for some well-earned après ski. Morning, noon and night, the dining scene in Vail is fabulous.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
