LIVING AREA

Your townhome features 2,326 square feet of finely appointed living space and a covered front porch.

The first-floor living room is detailed with a large sectional and modern, dimmable light fixtures. A 69” flat-screen TV sets the scene for cinematic movie screenings.

Upstairs, another living space has a futon, a comfy armchair, and an ottoman. Watch your favorite shows on the 54” Apple TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The modern kitchen is sure to inspire your culinary side. Stainless steel appliances include a wine cooler, a side-by-side fridge, and a gas range.

When it's time to eat, gather around a glass-top table for four to share home-cooked meals.

BED & BATH

This three-story townhome sleeps 10 guests between four bedrooms and a futon in the second living room. Each bedroom features a flat-screen equipped with an Amazon Fire TV Stick.

The inviting master bedroom has a king-size bed and a 54” TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a walk-in shower with fine tile work.

Upstairs, the two guest rooms have queen-size beds and large flat-screen TVs. The adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

On the lower level, the spacious fourth bedroom has a queen bed, love seat, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the private patio. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

A half bath on the first floor provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA

The covered front porch has a two-person bistro table perfect for sipping morning coffee.

Out back, the private patio has comfortable seating for five. Fire up the grill and enjoy a group barbecue, or relax with a cold beverage under the ambience of the string lights.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
