Perched at the top of the exclusive Mark West neighborhood, this recently renovated 4BR/4.5BA duplex pairs modern convenience with mountain lodge appeal. A private heated 2-car garage and a sun-drenched 2,536 square foot floor plan make it easy to unwind into vacation mode.

Enjoy a tranquil forest setting from the balcony. A nearby trail leads to the base of Peak 9, and the Quicksilver Super 6 lift is just over 2 miles away by car. A gas fireplace in the airy living room awaits after a day of alpine adventures.


A plush sectional sits beneath soaring ceilings in the living room. Socialize by the light of a gas fireplace, then select a new film to screen on a 55” TV complete with a DVD player and surround sound.


The modern kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances – including a side-by-side fridge and a five-burner gas range. Plenty of counter space makes meal preparation a breeze. Four can keep the chef company at the spacious breakfast bar.

This two-story duplex sleeps up to 10 guests between the three suites and one bedroom.
