With two master bedrooms, it’s ideal for multiple couples traveling together or a large family. The living room is ready for entertainment with a flat-screen TV and the private wraparound deck has plenty of seating.

Enjoy tranquil views across the Galleon golf course and a desirable location five minutes from the beach and shared pool. You’re close to Sonesta Resort for dining, the Shipyard Golf Course, and Van Der Meer Tennis Center.

This home accommodates eight guests between the three bedrooms and queen-size sleeper sofa. On the main floor, the first master bedroom offers a serene white color scheme, king bed, 32” TV, and tons of natural light. Next door, the master bathroom comes with a double granite vanity and tub/shower combination.

Up on the second floor, the second master bedroom features a king bed, beachy decor, and a 40” flat-screen TV. The full bathroom next door has a granite vanity and separate room for the toilet and tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom is fitted with two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and pretty gray and white bedding. Adjacent, a third full bathroom provides another vanity and tub/shower combination.


The home also comes with complimentary Wi-Fi, unassigned outdoor parking for two cars, and a washer/dryer.

Please note that gate passes are required to access Shipyard Plantation at $10 per week per vehicle and are charged separately from the booking amount. Your credit card on file will be charged before the arrival date.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
