This historic Mid-Century modern 1BR/2BA bungalow was built in 1960 and designed by architect William F. Cody. Enjoy two private outdoor patios, a grill, and amazing mountain views.

Your bungalow is located in the Racquet Garden Club Villas, which was featured in the 2018 Modernism Tour. Colorful Mid-Century modern décor and floor-to-ceiling glass windows make this a sophisticated spot for a couple.

As part of the gated community, you’ll have access to a sparkling pool. You’re also just a quick drive to all the restaurants, galleries, and boutiques of downtown Palm Springs.


This home features two private outdoor spaces. In the patio off the main living area, you’ll find a
Weber grill and seating for four. Grill a steak and take in the amazing mountain views. The patio off the master bedroom has two chairs and is the perfect spot for evening cocktails.

The living room is furnished with plush seating. Watch a movie on the 52” flat-screen TV with DVD player, Roku, and Xbox.

The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything the discerning chef may need. Gather for meals at the four-person table.

In the master bedroom, you’ll find a king bed and a 37” flat-screen TV. The en-suite bath has contemporary fixtures and a tub/shower combination. A sliding glass door leads to the patio.

In the sitting area next door, you’ll find a twin sofa and a desk with a printer. There’s also a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
