This spacious and luxurious 3BR/3BA retreat features a den (which can be used as an additional sleeping area) and an inviting family room. The opulent living room features a fireplace and piano. Lounge in the sun by the private pool in the enclosed backyard.

Take a short drive to some of the most famous wineries; this peaceful retreat is also close to several state and regional parks.


The sunken living area has pristine white carpet and a full view of the backyard through sliding doors. Relax on the couch, love seat, and two side chairs, and enjoy the sounds of the piano while basking in the warmth of the fireplace.

The family room has a 60” TV and video game systems. Kick back on the sofas and armchair while enjoying a movie. Sliding doors lead directly to the pool.


The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a five-burner gas stove, and a double oven. Meal prep is a breeze with two sink areas.

Select a bottle from the wine fridge to enjoy at the center island with bar seating for four. When dinner is ready, gather around the six-person dining table just off the kitchen. Or head to the formal dining room with seating for eight. Both areas have direct access to the backyard.


This single-story home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a den.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, 43” TV, and a huge walk-in closet. Sliding doors lead to the backyard. The en-suite bathroom features a jetted tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and separate water closet; there’s also a door leading to the yard.

The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a desk, while the third bedroom has a queen bed and a desk. The den has a twin daybed with twin trundle, as well as a desk.

The guest bathroom features a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. A third bathroom, just off the family room, has a walk-in shower; with convenient access to the yard, this bathroom is handy for rinsing off after enjoying the pool.


The beautifully landscaped backyard is completely fenced and features a 5’ deep pool. Soak up the sun while relaxing on loungers. Or enjoy a barbecue on the covered deck, complete with a grill, three tables, and ample seating.


Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for four cars are provided.

This home has a no-shoes policy, particularly because of the white carpet in the formal living room.

This rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.


Your rental is a short drive to Kenwood Vineyards (6 miles) and St. Francis Tasting Room (3.6 miles). Jack London State Historic Park is about 12 miles away. For outdoor activity, visit Spring Lake (1.5 miles) or walk to the Cobblestone Trailhead at Annadel Park, a half mile away.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
