Located at The Reserve at St. Charles Bay, this brand-new 3BR/2.5BA coastal house is part of a beautifully landscaped gated community. Close to Goose Island State Park and right by the bay, you’ll be surrounded nature. The private patio is ideal for taking in the expansive water views.

Enjoy a private fire pit, fenced front yard, and access to a community pool and boat slip. Lofted sleeping areas make this the ideal vacation retreat for your group.


Get comfy on the couch and three recliners while you enjoy a movie on the 55” TV. The high ceilings and recessed lighting create a bright and airy vibe in the inviting living room. Take in views of St. Charles Bay through the glass doors that open to the private patio.

The sunroom on the second floor has a love seat, armchair, and 40” TV.


With a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a Bertazzoni gas stove, the gourmet kitchen has everything you’ll need to whip up tasty home-cooked meals. The large center island has bar seating for four.

When it’s time to eat, gather around the glass dining table with seating for six. Pour your favorite after-dinner beverage at the bar area, complete with seating for two.


This two-story home sleeps up to ten guests between three bedrooms and an additional lofted sleeping area.

The master suite is furnished with a king bed and 40” TV. An en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and separate water closet. There is also a door leading directly outside from within the shower area.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, side chair, and 40” TV. A third guest room holds three twin-size beds (one in the lofted area, accessible by a ladder). From the sunroom, climb the ladder to the lofted sleeping area, complete with a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

The guest bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination, and a half bath on the ground floor provides added convenience.


Step out from the living area to your private back patio, complete with a dining table and four chairs.

The private, fenced front yard is an ideal spot to soak up the sun or enjoy a barbecue. Fire up the grill for dinner, or gather by the glow of the fire pit (with seating for five) and watch the stars come out. An outdoor bar seats three, and is the ideal spot to concoct a refreshing drink.

Sip coffee on the front porch, furnished with two chairs.

Walk a few steps to the sparkling community pool (unheated and open year-round) with plenty of lounge seating. Other community amenities include a mile-long boardwalk, fishing pier, and a 2-acre private park with a lounge area, barbecue grills, and a covered pavilion.


Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, beach towels, chairs, shade cover and driveway parking for a maximum of three cars.

Please note, the lofted sleeping areas are only accessible via ladders.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
