ABOUT THE TOWNHOME

The Great Room features a vaulted ceiling, attractive hardwood floors, a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, and a 55" TV. Enjoy epic views on the covered balcony or sink into the comfy leather sofa or chair.

A family room also awaits with a queen-size sleeper sofa and 50" TV. Grab a fresh towel from the basket and step through the sliding glass doors to your own private six-person hot tub.

The well-appointed kitchen features glossy granite countertops and Viking appliances. Ultra-pure water and ice are provided by the reverse osmosis system. The breakfast bar accommodates five for casual dining, while the formal dining table for eight is a great place for a family meal.

The master suite features a king bed, 50" TV, and a covered balcony -- great for a romantic toast with a glass of wine. The en-suite bathroom boasts a granite double vanity, soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and large walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and 43" TV. The second bathroom has a glass-enclosed tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom holds a king bed, 43" TV, and walk-in closet. The third bathroom features a tiled tub/shower with glass surround.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
