At 1,500ft this farm sits in the quaint little town of Derby, Vermont. Our quiet meadow is the best place to watch the sunset. Nestled in a hillside meadow, it's only a short walk to the lavender field and breathtaking views.

We are a family owned and operated lavender farm, nestled in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. You can have lavender as backdrop of you campsite photos! (Lavender blooms June, July, August, and September.) The views here are nothing short of amazing! 360 degrees of picturesque Vermont farmland, mountains, sunsets, sunrises, wildflowers, fields of sunflowers, herbs and vegetables... this is the destination for picture taking!! Even the night sky has stars as far as the eye can see.

There are lots of things to see and do at the lavender farm! There is a lavender labyrinth, a field of sunflowers, herbs and vegetables. We host events like yoga and craft classes, educational workshops, and even an annual 5K fun run. Check our event calendar on our website (!

Enjoy the peace and quiet while exploring the area. Located just 2 miles from Quebec, Canada, international culture is just over the border. Whether it's nature or culture you seek, peace or thrills, this unique area of the Northeast Kingdom offers something for everyone! Your hosts, Pierre and Michele, are locals and they know all best unadvertised places to go and explore. Just 30 minutes away is one the best bike parks in New England, Kingdom Trails in Burke. Also nearby is Jay Peak, a ski resort with an indoor water park, golf course, ice arena, climbing walls, and much more!

On the hillside meadow you can pick wild flowers, take an afternoon nap, catch frogs by the pond, bird watch, or catch the fireflies in the evening. Day or night it's hard to deny the peaceful romantic feeling you get from the lavender farm!

Sometimes it's breezy here, so bring a sweater, and don't forget your kite.
