The open kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and ample cookware. Mix a drink at the dry bar while dinner simmers, then savor your tasty meal at the six-person dining table, or perch at the kitchen bar for four.

BED & BATH

This three-story condo sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, appointed with hotel-quality linens. Three full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries.

On the top floor, the master bedroom features a king bed, 40” flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps four) and a walk-in closet, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed and flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Downstairs, another guest bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Glass doors in the living room open to the second-floor balcony. Fire up the charcoal grill and have your meal outside amid beautiful lake views.

Walk down to the lower level to access your private dock. This area includes a covered patio with ceiling fans and alfresco dining.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
