Vaulted ceilings and large picture windows bring a sense of space and light to the inviting open living area. Stretch out on the leather couch and love seat to enjoy a movie on the 55” wall-mounted TV with cable and surround sound bar.

A full kitchen features all-white cabinetry and polished granite countertops. In the mornings, grab a casual bite up at the two-person breakfast bar.

On sunny days, head outside to the private covered balcony with sweeping lake views. This lakeside spot is fabulous for group dining with a gas grill and glass bar table with four swivel chairs. A staircase leads up to an upper level balcony with a four-seat table and more dreamy views over the water.

The master bedroom is located right off the main entry, and is furnished with a queen-size bed and a 26” flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player. The bathroom has a tiled tub/shower combination.

The kids can sleep soundly in the upstairs guest bedroom, featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed, three-seater wooden table, and a 20” TV. This room also has a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo - connecting to a 3rd bedroom with a king-size bed, 22” wall-mounted TV, and closet for guest storage.

Amenities in the unit include a washer and dryer. There is one reserved covered parking spot, additional unreserved outdoor parking is available.


Within a short drive, you’ll find a plethora of fun ways to fill your days. For a day of leisure, book wine tasting sessions at Stone House Vineyard, or get your retail therapy fix at the Hill Country Galleria, both less than a 20-minute drive. Hill Country Galleria has over 100 shops and eateries from upscale boutiques, spas, and dining to relaxed outdoor venues and movie theatre for the kids.

In the mood for a little more adventure? Cliff trails, mountain biking, and opportunities for climbing await in Pace Bend Park (11 minutes away). For a true walk on the wild side, drive 55 minutes and hike around the sprawling Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
