This custom-built, two-story 3BR/3.5BA home is located in the gated, waterfront community of The Reserve at Lake Travis. Situated amid 310 acres of rolling hill country and miles of beautiful shoreline, The Reserve features world-class amenities.

Enjoy access to lighted tennis courts, and a massive, resort-style pool -- complete with a swim-up cabana, waterfall, and lazy river.

LIVING AREA

Spend time together in the main living area, furnished with a plush sofa, two armchairs, and a 65” TV.

A second living area upstairs has a queen sleeper sofa, armchair, and a 55” TV. Concoct a drink at the wet bar, with a mini fridge and sink, and settle in for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare dishes in the upscale kitchen, detailed with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, which include a five-burner gas range and French-door fridge.

While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar for four. Then serve up your tasty dishes at the eight-seat dining table.

BED & BATH

On the first floor, the master is appointed with a queen bed, 55” TV, and an en-suite bath with a double vanity and large walk-in shower. Providing added convenience, a half bath is also located on the first floor.

Upstairs, a guest bedroom offers two queen beds and a 55” TV, while a full bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

In the third bedroom, you’ll find a second master suite with a queen bed, 47” TV, and large picture windows with beautiful lake views. The en-suite has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA

A ground-level patio includes a gas grill, sink, and mini-fridge. While dinner sizzles, kick back on the wicker furniture, get cozy by the gas fireplace, and unwind with favorite shows on the 55” TV. A four-person table creates a great spot to dine alfresco.

On the second floor, a covered balcony features a heated lamp, a patio table for six, and superb lake views.

The Reserve at Lake Travis presents a remarkable array of amenities including a lighted tennis court, and an incredible swim park -- featuring a resort-style pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, swim-up cabana, and waterslide.

The swim park is open daily, weather permitting. Weekend food and beverage options on-site include The Cypress Club Lodge and The Swim Park Bar & Grill, open seasonally.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
