The 6200-square-foot layout features two full kitchens, a hidden game room, and professionally curated decor. The phenomenal primary suite doubles as a private studio with a kitchenette. Lounge on the furnished patio, or prepare delectable meals on the grill.

Located in a coveted neighborhood, this estate is a quick drive to Mount Helix Park, where you can take in stunning panoramic views of the city and surrounding mountains.


Let the conversation flow in the main living area, offering stylish decor and a 75” smart TV. The wet bar has a wine fridge and seating for three.

Prepare movie night snacks in the second living room, where a smart TV and the second kitchen await.

Play shuffleboard in the center of the home, then slide open secret doors to reveal the game room that doubles as a bedroom. The speakeasy-style room has a poker table, a smart TV, and a full-size Murphy sleeper cabinet.


The main kitchen is fitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances including a double oven and a Viking gas stove. Six can sit at the breakfast table, while the dining table seats another six.

The second kitchen has bar seating for four alongside a full suite of stainless steel appliances including a French-door fridge.


This house sleeps 18 guests in six rooms -- including the game room that doubles as a bedroom.

The primary suite is a full studio, complete with a king bed and an spa-like en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a water closet. The private den has a full-size sleeper sofa and a smart TV, while a separate sitting area has patio access. The kitchenette has a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a sink, and bar seating for four.

The second suite has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. (This bathroom can also be accessed via the hallway.)

The ultra-private third suite has a king bed and is free of windows, promising a serene night of sleep for light-sensitive guests. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The fourth suite has two twin-over-full bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

The fifth suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
