As part of the Old Florida Village community, you’ll have access to two community pools, one of which is right outside your door. Walk to nearby restaurants and entertainment venues, or take the bikes for a ride along the 30A trail. A white-sand beach and emerald waters are a half mile away.


After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then relax with a glass of wine on the front porch with two Adirondack chairs. Or head to the back deck, where you’ll find four more Adirondack chairs and lake views. Later, fire up the WEBER Genesis BBQ for an easy vacation dinner.

The fully stocked kitchen is bright and spacious with its white cabinets and ALL NEW stainless-steel appliances. Pick up local seafood and craft a coastal-inspired meal to remember. When dinner is ready, call everyone to the six-person dining table; four more can be seated at the kitchen bar.

In the evening, stretch out on the two sofas in the living room (one is a queen-size sleeper sofa). Reminisce about the day’s adventures and watch a movie on the 65” flat screen TV. A powder room is conveniently located off the living area.

Upstairs, you’ll find two guest bedrooms. One has a queen-size bed and a 36” flat screen TV, while the other has two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a 25” flat screen TV. The shared bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The master bedroom features a plush king bed, 42” flat screen TV, overstuffed chair, and en-suite bathroom with double-sink vanity and walk-in shower.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer, games, 6 beach chairs, 2 wagons for convenient travel to the beach and four adult bicycles.


This home is nestled in the charming community of Old Florida Village, where white picket fences, brick pavers, and lush landscaping create a peaceful feel.

Highway 30A offers 27 miles of paved bike trails, five state parks, and fifteen coastal dune lakes. Draper Lake is also just a half mile down the road.

For a meal out, you’re close to several restaurants. Café Tango offers European fare in a vine-covered cottage. Local Catch Bar & Grille is a seafood shack with live music. And Goatfeather Seafood is a fish market offering coastal classics. All are less than a half mile away.

You’re also just 10 miles from Destin, and 15 miles from Panama City.
