Please note the large outdoor pool will be closed and undergoing renovations from November 1, 2021, through mid-December. The outdoor Jacuzzi service may also be interrupted at times due to noise, debris, etc. Construction may be heard Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi will remain open.


In-unit amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer.

First-come, first-serve parking is available for one car inside the gate. One additional vehicle may also be parked outside the gate or in the parking lot across the street. (Large trucks, SUVs, and boat trailers must be parked in the parking lot.)

This unit is located on the seventh floor. Elevators are available.


Your centrally located retreat is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and a movie theater. A free public bus also stops right outside the front gate -- offering easy access to superb attractions on the island, as well as Port Isabel.

Practice your swing at one of the many golf courses in the area, or learn about local wildlife at the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center. More family fun awaits at Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
