At an impressive 1,860 square feet, home highlights include beach-chic décor, light-filled interiors, and two levels of Gulf-view deck and balcony space. The Treasure Island neighborhood features a lighted fishing pier, a boat launch, and a community center.


Unwind in the large welcoming living room, appointed with a sectional, king-size futon, and two armchairs. Gather around the 65” flat-screen TV for a relaxing movie night.


Whip up fresh recipes in the fully stocked kitchen, detailed with sparkling granite countertops, a large island, and a full suite of quality appliances. Kitchen extras include a coffee maker as well as a full-size Keurig machine.

When it is time to eat, share meals at the dining table for eight or perch at the island for three.


This three-story home sleeps 11 guests between three bedrooms and the living room futon.

Wake up to the waves in the master bedroom, furnished with a king bed and a 42” flat-screen TV. Enjoy private access to a Gulf-view balcony. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom features a queen bed, a twin daybed, and balcony access. The third bedroom is outfitted with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The guest bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Another full bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
