If you love outdoor activities, this KOA on the south side of Grand Junction is for you! From the Colorado National Monument, with its unusual rock formations and hiking trails, and the Grand Mesa, with its fishing, ATV trails and hiking trails, to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison - there is something for almost everyone. Discover desert hiking, biking and ATV trails (similar to Moab) nearby. About one hour from KOA, visit the Grand Mesa National Forest or Uncompahgre National Forest. Be sure to stop by some of the wineries or brewpubs for a taste of western Colorado. Pool: Memorial Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. Max pull thru: 80 feet.
