Stream your favorite playlists on the Sonos sounds system throughout the house — including both decks! Mix a refreshing beverage in the game room and play shuffleboard, or watch your favorite shows in two elegant living areas. Finish the day with a soak in the eight-person hot tub.

The south-facing layout ensures plenty of natural light. You’ll love the high-end finishes and the convenience of en-suite bathrooms in three of the four bedrooms.

The third bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a writing desk with a monitor. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

The fourth bedroom is appointed with two twin-over-queen bunk beds with queen trundles underneath.

The guest bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience.


The main deck is outfitted with a propane grill and fire table, as well as a dining table and a pair of loungers.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
