We invite you to stay at our beautiful century country farmhouse in central Pa, located in the scenic woodlands of Clearfield County. Our farmhouse was built circa 1885 and has been owned and maintained by the family for over 140 years.

The home sits on nearly 200 acres consisting of farmed fields, grazing pasture for cattle, and forested areas bordering the property. The farmhouse has been lovingly renovated and modernized.

Our farmhouse has 12 rooms with 2 stories for your use, consisting of 4 bedrooms (one queen, 3 double) upstairs, a twin bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the parlor downstairs with the ability to sleep up to 10 people in the home. There are 3 full-size bathrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) with all towels and linens supplied. It has a modern kitchen equipped with all appliances and cookware. A dining room, living room, parlor, sitting room, and sunroom with 2 tables and seating for 8 are available for your use. There is a large front porch with ample seating and a swing to allow for relaxed conversation outside.

Modern conveniences are provided such as Wi-Fi, Direct TV, DVD players, and cell phone coverage is available in most places on the farm. Guests will need to provide their own food for all meals and several restaurants and pizza shops are within driving distance.
The entire house is reserved per booking. No other reservations will be accepted so if only 2 people or 10 books, the farmhouse is for your use only.

This is a lovely rental for those wanting a quiet, comfortable home to enjoy for personal reflection and relaxation or for an entire family looking for a place to stay while attending a wedding, family reunion or other special occasions in the area. The farm is along a state road but in a peaceful and relaxed area.

My husband's great grandfather built the house circa 1885. My husband's grandfather, mother, my husband, and our children have all been raised on the farm and have many wonderful memories of fun times here. There have been 5 generations to live on the farm and my grandchildren are the 6th generation to enjoy it. We are grateful for the gift handed down to us and want to preserve, maintain and use it for future generations to come.
