This privately owned condo in the quietest section of the Silverado community just off the Silverado Wine Trail is perfect for a Napa Valley getaway. The community pool and resort amenities, including the spa, restaurants, and shops, are a short walk away.

ABOUT THE CONDO

The first-floor condo has a warm, inviting interior decorated with a cozy sofa and armchair, tiled fireplace, and a 55” flat screen TV for watching your favorite shows.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen opens to the living and dining areas. A glass dining table seats four for meals and game nights.

The elegant master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and a 32” flat screen TV. A large dresser offers plenty of storage.

The en-suite bathroom includes a large closet, ironing board and iron, extra towels, and toiletries. It also has a separate water closet and a tub/shower combination with bench seating.

The second bedroom has its own inviting living area and a private bathroom. Sleep soundly in the king-size bed, and enjoy the 40” flat screen TV. A mini-fridge, coffee maker, and bistro table for two make the space even more comfortable.

The second bathroom has a shower/tub combination with a unique L-shape that offers both extra soaking room and a seat. There’s also a separate vanity area.

Three private patios -- one off each bedroom and another accessible via the living room -- offer plenty of space to step outside and get a breath of fresh air with your morning coffee or evening wine.

AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a seasonal unheated pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day), and unassigned parking for two vehicles.

Although this privately owned condominium is located within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is managed by TurnKey Vacation Rentals and is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa. Therefore guests will not be charged the $25/day resort fee that the Resort charges its guests.

While we highly recommend you explore the world-class restaurants, spas, and golf courses close by in Napa, you can also use some of the convenient Resort amenities. The Market and Bakery, Pro Shop, Spa Shop, The Grill Restaurant, Mansion Lounge, and the spa cafe are open to the public.

TurnKey guests will need to buy day passes to use spa services and the spa fitness center. Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Resort guests, Troon members, or in some cases may be booked for guests by a local golf pro. There are many other great courses nearby, including Chardonnay and Eagle Vines.

Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium include room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, and the main Silverado Resort pool. (However, you may use the condo community pool located near your rental.) Please contact TurnKey if you have housekeeping needs or maintenance requests.

• No smoking is allowed in or around any property.Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
