Built in 1930, this darling home is situated in “The Avenue,” an artsy community located within a mile of the beach. Enjoy close access to the Ventura River Trail as well as the downtown area, boasting tasty eateries, local shops, and cinemas.


After a fun-filled day in the sun, relax on the plush sectional in front of the gas fireplace. Stream your favorite shows and movies on the 55” flat-screen TV with Roku.

This home has three bedrooms that sleep up to six guests and two full bathrooms.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed, walk-in closet, and a shared en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and direct access to the deck via French doors. Freshen up in the second bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

All bedrooms offer gorgeous views of Ventura.

The City of Ventura regulations require a 7-night minimum stay at all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
