BED & BATH
The sunlit third-floor master suite boasts a king bed, gas fireplace, 60” smart TV, oversize walk-in closet, and private balcony with seating for two and epic water views. Freshen up in the en-suite bath, complete with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.
Sweet dreams await on a king bed in the second bedroom, complete with a 42” smart TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and bean bag chairs; watch shows on a 32” smart TV or step out to a private balcony for sunset views. A convenient half bath is on the second floor.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Sip tropical drinks on the elevated deck while gazing over beautiful Holiday Isle. The private outdoor space includes high-top seating for four and a grill for cookouts.
Soak up the sun on the shared dock; lounge on four umbrella-shaded Adirondack chairs or at the four-seat bar. Although the boat slip is not available for guest use, you can make use of the dock and tie off a boat (up to 25') or jet skis during the day (no overnight docking). A convenient ladder is ideal for refreshing swims off the dock. Or, launch the provided kayaks and paddle boards from the dock; float your way to Destin Harbor and all the way to the Gulf!
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. A washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, six bicycles, kayaks (three adults and two juniors), four paddle boards, and board games (4’ Connect Four, large Jenga, ring toss) are provided.
New A/C units (May 2020) with UV ozone generators kill germs and provide clean air.
Please note that this townhome has an adjoining, yet separate, ground-level rental that may be occupied during your stay. Access to this townhome is via a flight of steps and there are security cameras on the exterior of the property.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
