With 3,806 square feet of upscale living space and a private boat dock on the lake (just a short walk from your door!), this 3BR/2.5BA retreat offers a peaceful getaway with luxe perks. Custom details span three floors, and a multi-level deck boasts mountain vistas and peeks of the lake.

Cook in the gourmet kitchen, then sleep soundly in an opulent master suite. The game room features a 70” smart TV, air hockey, and a wood-burning stove.

Big Bear Marina is within 3 miles of your door, and Bear Mountain Ski Resort awaits in less than 7 miles.


Sunlight fills the Great Room, setting off glossy pecan floors and vaulted ceilings. The oversized sectional (which converts to a queen sleeper) offers ample seating for socializing by the river rock gas fireplace. A 40” TV and a wet bar add allure.

Downstairs, the huge game room features a 70” smart TV with an Xbox 360 and a Blu-ray player. Fire up the wood-burning stove and host an air hockey tournament, or recline on the queen sleeper sofa for a movie screening.


The kitchen features a full suite of high-end appliances. Whip up meals with two Viking ovens, a six-burner gas range, and a maple-paneled Sub-Zero fridge. A wine fridge keeps bottles at the perfect temperature.

Six can keep the chef company at the kitchen bar, and two dining areas offer ample space for your whole group.


Located on its own floor, the master bedroom is detailed with a California king bed, gas fireplace, 47” TV, and a queen sleeper sofa. A walk-in shower awaits in the en-suite master bathroom.

The second bedroom has a king bed. A twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle plus a twin daybed with a twin trundle can be found in the third bedroom. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combination. A half bath off the kitchen provides added convenience.

Each bedroom has access to the deck.


Enjoy partial lake views from the two-story deck. Make use of the gas grill and host an afternoon cookout.

A horseshoe pit in the fenced backyard provides hours of fun, while the private boat dock is perfect for water activities.


Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for four cars. Street parking is not permitted.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
