The kitchen opens to the dining room and features a large island with breakfast bar seating for two. On the second floor, you’ll find a guest room with a full bed and a master room with a queen bed. A bathroom with a tub/shower combination sits between them.

The third floor loft features two twin beds with charming blue tartan bedspreads (a rollaway bed is located in the closet). The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Amenities include parking for up to three cars in the driveway, and a full washer/dryer.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
