Tucked away on a private cul-de-sac, the Bear Kub Kabin is a woodsy 3BR/2BA home for six adults and two children. This ideal getaway has a chef's kitchen equipped with all stainless appliances and a brand-new open-air hot tub.

A detached garage has been converted into a two-floor game center with ping-pong, pool, darts, foosball, X-box, and 37” TV. Out on the deck, a hot tub awaits next to the outdoor dining table and gas grill.

Walk to Snow Summit and picturesque hiking trails, or take a leisurely bike ride to shimmering Big Bear Lake.


The charming Bear Kub Kabin has all the warm wood ambiance of a cozy cabin and all the comforts of a modern California home. The living room is decked out in lodge-style décor with a futon ( which can be made into a 2 person full-size bed), armchairs, and a brick wood-burning fireplace. A 37” TV offers cable and a DVD player, and there's a stack of board games available for fun evenings in.

Step into the sun-drenched kitchen to tiled counters and all-stainless appliances, including a gas range and an oversized microwave. Three can sit at the breakfast bar, with room for six more at the natural wood dining table. A guest bath on this floor features a tub/shower combination.

Relax in pine-fresh air on the deck, where a new six-person hot tub awaits across from a dining table for six. Fire up the gas grill and add something special to homemade meals. The spacious front porch offers a cafe table with seating for two.

The two-story game garage has ping-pong and a dartboard on the first floor, and the loft boasts a pool table, foosball, and ample comfy seating for games or movies on the X-box and 37” TV.

Back in the main house, the first-floor bedroom is detailed with a queen-size bed on a natural log frame, a window seat, and a 26” TV.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a log frame queen-size bed and a 26” TV, and the spacious guest bedroom has two twin beds, two rollaway beds, and a 26” TV. Another guest bath on this floor has a tub/shower combination.


Extras at the house include laundry, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for three cars. Street parking is not permitted.

This rental does not have air-conditioning.

The City of Big Bear Lake requires a face-to-face check-in with the property manager. The credit card and ID that was used to make the reservation must be present at check-in.

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
