This comfy condo is the ideal mountain retreat for those who love the great outdoors. Your 2BR/2BA unit is less than a mile from the main base area of Granby Ranch ski resort (and just a short walk to the Kicking Horse chairlift, when conditions permit). In warmer months, there are plenty of opportunities for hiking, biking, and golfing. For a variety of shopping and dining options, the town of Granby is about a 10-minute drive away.

Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, you’ll be surrounded by breathtaking scenery. To enjoy it, all you have to do is step outside.

LIVING AREA

After a day of alpine fun, unwind on the sectional in the living room and bask in the glow of the gas fireplace. Or catch up on your favorite Netflix shows on the 43” flat-screen TV.

This condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

In the master bedroom, you’ll find a queen-size bed, 43” TV, and direct access to the front porch. A desk provides a handy spot to check email. The en-suite master bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower combination.

Grill burgers on the propane grill by the front door. Furnished with a table for two, the front porch is a great spot to enjoy morning coffee.

Although this condo is not equipped with AC, it is rarely needed with Granby’s mild summer temperatures at 8,000’ in elevation.
