Our 2BR house, in historical Travis Heights, is the perfect Austin retreat with a unique contemporary charm. Our living room is bright and cheerful with large windows and hardwood floors throughout the main living space. Our living room has a flat screen TV and entertainment center. The living room connects to the dining room, followed by the kitchen area. This main space is perfect for entertaining friends and family, with easy flow between rooms. Our renovated kitchen comes fully-equipped with all new appliances, cookware, and fixtures. Off the side of the kitchen we have a distinctive sun room with plush couches; this is a tranquil space to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and read the paper. Our two bedrooms both come with queen size Tempurpedic beds, original hard wood floors, and impeccable bedding. The shared bathroom is one of a kind with a rare claw-foot bathtub and southern comfort style. Our house has all the comforts of home with authentic Austin style.

South Congress is full of hip cafes and stores, and attracts many tourists and young professionals from all over the world. South Congress Avenue is an easy four block stroll away or you can walk two blocks to East Riverside Drive; either way, you have access to all the best restaurants, bars and shopping that Austin has to offer. Watch a game on the patio at Doc's, grab a bite at one of the many great restaurants (we recommend Perla's), and then wind down with a nightcap at the Continental Club without ever moving your car. To get to downtown Austin is just as easy: call Uber, a cab, or hop in your car; either way you are just a short three minute drive/ride away.

•No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties. Pet-friendly homes require an additional fee, as follows: 1BR & 2BR properties - $100 pet fee, and 3BR & larger properties - $200 pet fee.
• No smoking is allowed in or around any property.Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
