Offering a sanctuary of relaxation, this oh-so-charming 3BR/2.5BA log home in the mountains of Breckenridge is surrounded by pines and comes with a private hot tub, a sprawling balcony, an expansive main living space, and a bonus living room with a pool table!

The house is minutes from snowshoe and hiking trails, and a short drive from Breckenridge Ski Resort and the restaurants and shops of downtown Breckenridge.

LIVING AREAS

After a fun-filled day of alpine adventures relax in the main living area, replete with soaring vaulted ceilings, a huge gas fireplace, and high windows that welcome in the natural light. There’s plenty of comfy seating available, and a wall-mounted TV awaits for movie nights!

Downstairs, a second living area boasts a pool table, 54” flat-screen TV, and a cozy gas fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING

Cooking is a pleasure in the open-concept kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances (including a French door refrigerator). While the chef whips up dinner, uncork a bottle at the four-person kitchen bar.

A wooden dining table offers seating for another six.

BED & BATH

This house sleeps up to six guests between three warm, welcoming bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa.

Upstairs, a spacious master bedroom offers a king bed, 40" flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. An en-suite bathroom comes with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a striking double-sided gas fireplace.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the lower level.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and flat-screen TV, while a third bedroom comes with a pair of twin-over-twin bunk beds.

A guest bathroom features a walk-in shower, and a convenient half bath is located just off the kitchen.
