LIVING AREA

A large sectional and a sleeper sofa provide plenty of comfortable seating around the gas fireplace in the living area. An 80” flat-screen TV with Roku allows you to stream new releases.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will be pleased to find spacious countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Perch at the kitchen bar for five as dinner simmers.

When meals are ready, dine around the table for eight.

BED & BATH

This two-story home sleeps 12 guests between four bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

The primary suite features a king-size bed and direct access to the second balcony. The en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The second suite holds two queen-size beds and a flat-screen smart TV. Direct access to the patio makes it easy to enjoy the fresh air at any time. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The third and fourth bedrooms each offer a queen-over-queen bunk bed and patio access. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower.

A half bath provides added convenience.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
