The oversize partly covered deck is perfect for alfresco dining. Kick back in the hammock while enjoying a peekaboo ocean view in the distance.

Discover a variety of local shops and restaurants located within a 10-minute drive. Or walk just 5 minutes to the sand and surf for a sun-soaked beach day.


The open living area is furnished with a couch and two side chairs. Watch a movie on the TV, or chat by the glow of the wood-burning fireplace.

This two-story house sleeps nine guests in three bedrooms.

The primary suite has a king bed, a TV, and balcony access. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, and can also be accessed via the living area.

The second bedroom has a twin-over-full-over-queen bunk bed, a TV, and direct balcony access. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The ground-floor third bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, and a mini-fridge. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. (This ultra-private space has its own separate entrance and cannot be accessed from inside the main home.)


The highlight of this unique home is the huge, partially covered deck. Stretch out on the lounge chairs to sunbathe. Or swing leisurely in the hammock. A gas grill and a four-person table make alfresco dining a breeze.

After a day at the beach, an outdoor shower provides added convenience.

Cinnamon Beach is less than a 5-minute walk from home. Washington Oaks Gardens State Park (2 miles) offers a tranquil spot for hiking and picnics. Head to Marineland for a day of family fun. Bings Landing boat ramp is a short drive down the street. There is a Publix supermarket 1 mile away.

For a day trip, visit historic St. Augustine (22 miles) or Daytona Beach (34 miles). A range of shops and restaurants are available within a 10-minute drive.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
