Sea Isle Beach is close by, and the local supermarket is within walking distance.


Cool tile floors line the open-concept living room, furnished with a comfy sectional and two chairs. Relax and unwind beneath high ceilings while enjoying a movie on the 38” TV.


Gleaming granite countertops complement sleek black appliances in the kitchen. Whip up tasty meals with plenty of cookware and kitchen gadgets. A wine fridge in the dining area keeps your favorite bottles at the perfect temperature.

Four can sit to coffee and the kitchen bar, and a polished wood table seats six to special meals.


This three-story home accommodates up to 12 guests between the three bedrooms.

The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat on the third floor, furnished with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a desk. A balcony with seating for two overlooks the canal.

An en-suite master bathroom features a jetted tub, double vanity, and a walk-in shower. Another private balcony off the master bathroom offers views of the Gulf.

Downstairs, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, and a private balcony with Gulf vistas. Two full-over-full bunk beds and a flat-screen TV round out the third bedroom.

The guest bathroom is equipped with a sparkling tub/shower combination.


A fully equipped bar on the covered patio offers a great spot to relax by the canal, complete with plenty of counter space, a 55” TV, dishwasher, and a full-size fridge.

The patio also features a picnic table, an ice chest, and plenty of additional seating.

The expansive canal-view deck has two sitting areas and a dining table for seven. Private balconies await off the master suite and the second bedroom.

Underwater fishing lights by the canal attract fresh catches.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
