The master suite is outfitted with a king-size bed, 32” flat-screen TV, and a closet. The en-suite master bath features a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has two twin-size beds, a flat-screen TV, and a closet. While a third bedroom provides a queen-size bed, TV, closet, and ceiling fan. The bright second bathroom is shared between two bedrooms and features a tub/shower combo.

OUTDOOR AREA

Sliding glass doors open to a large screened lanai offering al fresco dining for six paired with expansive views of the canal. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy a home-style cookout.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
