Coral Breeze includes a pristine kitchen, comfortable furnishings throughout, and two kayaks available for use.

Bring your own boat (or rent one nearby) and venture out to the Caloosahatchee River for fishing and fun. Return to your tropical oasis to splash in the private pool. Watch the sunset and the fish jump while relaxing next to the private dock and boardwalk overlooking the canal. Get to the beach in 25 minutes.


Relax on the sofa, love seat, and armchair in the welcoming living area. In the evening, settle in for favorite shows on the 55” smart TV.


Prepare fresh meals in the kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a convenient serving window to the lanai, and a full suite of appliances and helpful gadgets.

While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for two. When it’s time to eat, gather around the six-person dining table.


This single-story home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, each equipped with a TV.

Sleep soundly on a stately king bed in the primary suite, complete with a 45” smart TV and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is outfitted with a XL twin-over-queen bunk bed with memory foam mattresses as well as a 32” TV.

Find comfort in a queen-size bed in the third bedroom, complete with a 32” TV.

The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.


Make use of the two provided kayaks to explore the placid canals.

Take delight in a private tropical haven on the screened lanai, featuring two loungers, four Adirondack chairs, and an abundance of natural light streaming down on the pool (saltwater, heated, and 6’ deep). The pool is south facing and also features a waterfall.

In the evening, sizzle fresh fish and veggies on the gas grill, then dine alfresco on the covered lanai, which also boasts an outdoor kitchen area, equipped with a sink, mini-fridge, and a TV.

If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
