Located on a quiet street in the Rehoboth Manor neighborhood, this 5BR/2.5BA vacation rental is comprised of both halves of a duplex. Highlights at your cozy retreat include two well-equipped kitchens, a balcony, and plenty of charm and character throughout.

Host a cookout in the tree-shaded backyard where a grill and outdoor dining table await. Then take a short drive to hang out at the beach.

BRICK & BLOOM A

This portion of the duplex sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms.

The welcoming living area is complete with cozy furnishings and a TV. The well-equipped kitchen has a helpful suite of appliances and a bistro table for two.

The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has direct patio access. The second bedroom has a full-size bed. (The wall in this private room does not extend to the ceiling.)

The third bedroom has a full-size bed, a twin daybed, a twin trundle, and a desk. An en-suite half bath provides added convenience. (This private room has a heavy curtain in place of a door.)

The guest bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination.

This portion of the duplex sleeps seven guests between two bedrooms.

After a day of adventure, unwind in the open living area, complete with a TV and a convenient desk for checking email.

The first bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full-size bunk bed, a twin bed, and a twin trundle. The guest bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower.

Fire up the gas grill for a festive cookout in the backyard. Dine alfresco at an umbrella-shaded table for six.

Driveway parking is available for five cars. Street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis -- however, the street is quite narrow.

This duplex has a two-story layout. The fireplace is not operational. There are window air-conditioning units and wall-mounted heating units in the living areas and all bedrooms.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
