Traveling with a smaller group? Each half of the duplex is also available to be rented separately. Unit A is affectionally known as "Come Trail Away", and Unit B is affectionally known as "Hills Hideout".


Decked out in western-inspired decor and cool Spanish tiles, both living rooms are furnished with plush sectional sofas and large flat-screen smart TVs.


Each unit provides a fully equipped modern kitchen, stocked with everything you need to whip up hearty vacations meals.

Unit A has seating for four between a dining table and breakfast bar, while six can dine in Unit B.


This rental includes five bedrooms that sleep 10 total. Three full bathrooms are stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities.

Unit A has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor, the master bedroom features a king bed and a comfy chaise lounge. A sliding glass door provides direct access to the patio and the front yard. The en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination and is also accessible from the hallway.

Upstairs, the second and third bedrooms each offer a queen bed. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Unit B has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and 40” smart TV. An en-suite bathroom is outfitted with a tub/shower combination and is also accessible from the hallway.

Comfort awaits in the second bedroom, also furnished with a king bed.


There’s plenty of space for play and relaxation in the large fenced yard. A patio in front of Unit A is outfitted with a gas grill and seating for two. Another patio off Unit B provides a four-person table and a chiminea surrounded by additional seating.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
