A comfy couch and three sitting chairs furnish a well-appointed living area, which features a gas fireplace and 60” smart TV with a DVD player and Sonos sound system.

Upstairs, a master bedroom features a plush king bed, 43” TV with sound system, and an en-suite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower. This room also has a private balcony with seating for six.

The guest bedroom is outfitted with a comfy queen bed, 32” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

A second master bedroom on this floor has a queen bed, 43” TV, and storage closet. An en-suite bathroom boasts a chic dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Downstairs, an entry-level guest bedroom features a queen bed and a 32” flat-screen TV, while the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
