Affectionately known as Blue Heron, this 4BR/4BA rental is located directly on Little Lagoon and provides expansive deck space and a covered outdoor area with a propane grill as well as kayaks and bikes. Comprised of two separate units -- each with their own private entrance -- this duplex is great for large groups.

You’ll also love being a quick 2 blocks from a gorgeous white-sand beach. Popular attractions, local shops, and favorite restaurants are all located within a short drive, walk, or bike ride!


Each unit provides a sunlit living area, furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and 32” flat-screen TV. Large sliding glass doors in each lead out to the enormous lagoon-front deck.


Both units offer newly remodeled kitchens, configured with a full suite of appliances and additional helpful gadgets like a coffee maker and toaster.

In Unit 1, gather for meals at the four-person table or the kitchen bar that seats three. Unit 2 provides a two-person table as well as four seats at the kitchen bar.


This rental sleeps 12 guests in four bedrooms and two sleeper sofas.

In Unit 1, the master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, 32” Roku TV, and a private balcony. An en-suite bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom provides two twin beds and a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

In Unit 2, the third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A fourth bedroom offers two twin beds, while a guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.


A lovely covered deck is located underneath the duplex and provides a propane grill and ample seating.

Enjoy incredible views of the lagoon from the upstairs multi-level deck, or launch a kayak on the water to experience it first-hand.


This unit provides bikes and kayaks. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for four cars (two in the carport and two in the driveway).

Parking is not available for RVs, trailers, 5th wheels, or 4-wheelers.

This second-story home is only accessible via a flight of stairs.

Please note the neighbor's dock is private and not available for guest use.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
