The second floor includes the comfortable and “woodsy” living room with wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen HDTV/Stereo, and fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plus a large walnut dining table with a fold-out card tabletop, an enclosed sunroom porch with lake-view, casual bar, and dartboard, plus an expansive deck with patio furniture and propane BBQ.

The first floor is nearly a “separate home” with the log-lined game room, with its Warrior foosball table and a 7 ft. Viper Arctic ice/air hockey table and 55” HDTV, plus plenty of sleeping quarters, providing entertainment for the kids and a separate space for movies and video/table games, a shared hallway bath, and laundry room.

The top third floor features the two large master bedrooms, one with its own wood-burning fireplace for quiet getaway time, plus a shared hallway bath on this level.

Located within a ten-minute drive to downtown Big Bear grocery stores, ski resorts, shopping, and dining, plus awesome snow play hills on site.
