The open living and dining area offers a great flow for entertaining. Two plush sofas and an armchair invite you to unwind while dinner simmers.

Enjoy a movie night in the bonus room, complete with a 32” TV and seating for five. An upstairs loft offers a cozy spot for an afternoon read.


Craft delicious home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen, fully stocked with all the cookware and gadgets you might need.

The dining table seats four, while the breakfast bar provides additional seating for two.

Although the rental is not equipped with air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with Ventura's mild summer weather.

This rental is the perfect spot to enjoy relaxation and rejuvenation. However, because it is part of a duplex, it is unsuitable for loud after-hours socializing. Please be aware that a 10pm noise curfew is strictly enforced.

The City of Venture requires a minimum stay of seven nights for all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
