Nestled in the Litchfield Beach neighborhood on Pawleys Island, this bright and airy 3BR/3BA condo features two living areas as well as beautiful views of the inlet, marshes, and oak trees from a second-floor balcony. Enjoy access to two seasonal unheated pools, a year-round hot tub, and a crabbing dock.

The Murrells Inlet Marshwalk is just a short drive away, as well as fantastic local seafood, golfing, boating, beaches, and shopping along the mini bridges.


Featuring two sofas and a 36” flat screen TV, the bright and airy living room is perfect for unwinding after a fun-filled day exploring the island.

An additional living space separated by a glass door offers beautiful views of the inlet through the wall-to-wall windows. The space is equipped with a sofa, chair, 36” flat screen TV, and four-seat dining table.


The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of appliances – including a dishwasher – and kitchen bar with seating for two.

Craft a beverage at the wet bar and dine in style at the six-seat dining table.


This condo sleeps six total in three bedrooms. Three full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries and bath amenities.

The master bedroom features a king bed and direct access to the covered balcony. The en-suite master bathroom provides a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.

A second bedroom holds two twin beds and has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A third bedroom also has two twin beds. The third bathroom boasts a tub/shower combination.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
