Sheep gather in the orchard. The sun rises over the mountains and a rooster calls at the crack of dawn. Enter through the courtyard and discover a beautiful Spanish Colonial style home. Its orange hues glow with the rising sun.

We have spent many years crafting our farmhouse with our mission at heart: a place where guests can come and reconnect with nature. Awaken to the sounds of a rooster call from the top of the house rather than the beeping of an alarm clock. Enjoy fresh food, cultivated from the land, and prepare a delicious meal together.

We invite you to become a part of our farm family. Perfect for the adventurous and inquisitive, we are a working farm with plenty of land to explore and permaculture practices to participate in.

Your Stewards, Terces and Matthew, might on any given day (when we aren’t traveling) be; milking cows, planting or harvesting our fields, collecting eggs from our ducks and chickens, feeding sheep, baking wood-fired bread, or preparing farm-fresh meals. All of which we are happy to include you in! And of course, you are always welcome to just visit, rest, relax, and be inspired.

We are developing a model of a diverse food production system, believing variety to be more resilient to world and climate unrest. We produce dozens of different foods from asparagus to zinfandel. Some of our fruits and vegetables end up at our restaurant, Gracias Madre, located in the Mission District of San Francisco.

Our ultimate goal is to have friends come to visit us, stay awhile, and experience the earth’s bounty immersed in the beauty and community that is Be Love Farm. This is our family home and we love hosting guests and meeting new people. We look forward to seeing you at Be Love Farm.

See you soon,
Matthew and Terces
