Constructed in 2016, this new condo boasts a sunlit layout with a chic design. Highlights include a premium kitchen, upscale furnishings, and convenient home workspaces.


Floor-to-ceiling windows and a gas fireplace create a warm and inviting ambience in the living area. Snuggle up on the sectional and stream shows on the TV with Chromecast. Check emails or write postcards at the desk.


Indulge your inner chef in the sparkling kitchen, outfitted with quartz countertops and state-of-the-art appliances. Perch with drinks at the kitchen bar for three as dinner simmers.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and a TV. Furnished with a chaise lounge, the private balcony invites you to soak up the sun. The en-suite bath has a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom includes a queen bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom holds a twin daybed with a twin trundle as well as a spacious desk and a library.

The third bath has a tub/shower combination, and a half bath provides additional convenience.


The rooftop deck is outfitted with everything you’ll need to enjoy the beautiful SoCal weather! Barbecue locally inspired meals on the gas grill then dine alfresco in the shade at the table for three. Plush seating around the gas fireplace allows space for quality time on peaceful nights.


Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, beach chairs, and an umbrella are provided in the rental.

Assigned, covered parking is available for one car in the carport. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This rental is on the second floor. An elevator is not available.

All leases require a minimum 31-day term.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
