This beautiful 4BR/4.5BA Breckenridge home is the ultimate location for outdoor enthusiasts. In winter, explore the cross-country skiing trails at the Nordic Center, a 2-minute walk from your front door. Easy access to the gondola in 7 minutes. After a day in the crisp pine-scented air, head for dinner at the golf clubhouse (summer month only), or drive minutes to one of numerous downtown restaurants.

The property is located on hole two of the Breckenridge Golf Club. You won't have to carry your golf bag far to enjoy a round on this championship course.

Take in mountain views from your front balcony, or while away the hours watching golfers out back. Relax in your private hot tub, or play a virtual round on the PS2.

Great for entertaining, the gourmet kitchen offers a social space with three-seat breakfast bar, and a range of upscale appliances including a gas stove, French-door fridge, and Keurig machine. In summer months, make dinner on the private patio with a gas grill and patio table seating for eight.

The house sleeps up to ten guests between four bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, each thoughtfully furnished with alpine decor.

Located on the second floor, the spacious master bedroom boasts a king bed, 32” flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and walk-in closet. Guests will enjoy a private balcony with two chairs and mountain views. The en-suite bathroom adds to the luxurious spa-like experience with a double-sink vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the entry level—each includes an en-suite bath with tub/shower combination. All three rooms are furnished with a queen bed and 32” flat screen TV. The third bedroom also has access to an outdoor area with a private hot tub.

In addition, the house features a half bath off the kitchen, a washer/dryer set, complimentary Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Guests have parking space for four cars.
