As you follow the sweeping driveway, you may be greeted by a family of deer resting under a large fig tree in the field. Help yourself to the figs as part of your evening charcuterie.

The grounds include a variety of inviting outdoor living spaces. A pool and hot tub are surrounded by chaise lounge chairs with umbrellas, a dining table overlooking the vineyard, and a cozy sitting lounge by the olive trees. Take in vineyard views while you sip morning coffee, take an afternoon dip in the pool, play a game of corn hole, or sip local wine by the firepit.

LIVING AREA

The welcoming Great Room features vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and ample seating. A 46" flat-panel TV has a DVD player and Sonos surround sound system.

KITCHEN & DINING

The remodeled kitchen features a large waterfall edge peninsula with seating for four, KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and a commercial grade ice maker.

A new coffee bar is complete with a Nespresso machine, a coffee maker, a hot water tea kettle, and various tea and sweeteners.

The formal dining room offers vineyard views and seating for eight at the live edge wood table.

BED & BATH

The updated master bedroom features a Cal King bed and seating area overlooking the pool and vineyards. The en-suite bathroom has double vanities and a walk-in shower with dual showerheads.

The second guest bedroom has a king bed, leather sitting chair, and vineyard and valley views. A third guest room offers a queen bed with a reclaimed wood headboard and dresser and views of the oak trees.

The guest bathroom boasts a new tub/shower combination.

A newly constructed powder room provides added convenience for guests.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Fire up the propane grill and dine alfresco at a teak table on the large wood deck while overlooking the vineyards.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for three cars (two in the garage and one in the driveway) are provided.

Additional renovations include solar-powered skylights, new interior doors and hardware throughout, as well as an updated mudroom and laundry room area.

The pool is solar heated and averages in the mid-80s between May through September. Additional heating in the cooler months (October through April) is available upon request with a $600 activation fee and $50 daily fee.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
