The interior presents 2,700 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a small sleeping nook. The central loggia has 14 foot wood ceilings, and 6 enormous french doors which open to give an amazing indoor/outdoor feel. There is a large farmhouse dining table that seats 10 and a smaller 4 person round table.

The kitchen is one of the true highlights with a huge marble covered island, Thermador range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is a fridge, a walk-in pantry and a banquette facing a 60" TV and overlooking the pool and the mountains. The kitchen opens onto a large deck with ample seating and unreal views.

The kitchen wing also has a simple and beautiful powder room and a bunk room with two custom built wood bunks, and a queen size sleeper sectional sofa. This room boasts a 60" TV and a full bath.

The south wing of the house includes a laundry room, a guest room with two queen beds an en-suite full bath. A spectacular master suite with a king and a large en-suite bath including a walk-in closet, separate water closet and an outdoor rain shower. The master looks out over the mountains, down into a grove of Madrone trees, and the pool.

All bedrooms also have brand new beds/mattresses, down comforters (with coverlets), and bathrobes. There is high-speed internet and a built-in Sonos music system. Two TVs each have AppleTV with Netflix, HBO, Showtime, ESPN, and other premium channels included. The home is airy and open, full of light, and typically does not require heating or cooling (3 separate zones all controlled by Nest thermostats.)

A large lush lawn outside the loggia leading up to a 45 x 20 foot covered pool with a built-in spa, as well as a poolside dining area with views of the mountains to the North. Follow the path leading down from the lawn to a custom built stone fire pit with views of the Valley of the Moon. The property also has a large tree swing in the shade. The land is full of beautiful old oak trees and madrone trees that provide protection from the afternoon Sonoma sun. Bocce ball coming soon!

We welcome children, but cannot accommodate pets or events. Parties are strictly forbidden and all guests coming to the property must be identified and listed on the rental agreement.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
